This intensive, interactive 4-day course was the first one to emphasize the needs of the most vulnerable and numerous victims of disasters: children, women, and families. You will leave this course with new ideas and skills, inspired to learn more, and ready to begin or continue your work in this increasingly crucial area.
Target audience: physicians, psychologists, nurses, social workers, educators, trainees, medical students, public health workers, and faculty and students in related disciplines.
Tuition, including breakfasts, lunches: $500 standard, $250 trainees, $100 students (limited scholarships available; ask course coordinator).
AMA PRA Category 1 Credits pending.
